There is no safe route out of the area with a trailer now... And no way we'd ever leave the horses behind so evacuation is not an option.

Need prayers desperately.

I heard on the news they were moving about a dozen horses out of an area today. I think they were riding them out. I wondered if that was you.
Hope it went well.
We made our way out of it ok. A little wet but ok.

There was a boarding farm near Pasadena that had their barn go under water. Their hands literally had to swim out more than 50 horses. We went out with our trailer yesterday and helped evacuate them to the Sam Houston Racepark who were gracious enough to open their barns.

It is insane here.

If the Boro is any indication of how the rest of the country is reacting to this disaster relief is on the way! My company, all the churches, and service clubs here are facilitating some type of support. Mostly financial but also emergency supply's.

I've never been this worn out, but I work for Samaritan's Purse and help is certainly on the way. I'll take being absolutely exhausted over suffering from the devastation of a 1,000 year rain. Also, I'm praying for ya'll for what that's worth to ya.
