I'm going to post a series of polls over a few days to take a snapshot of the preferences of you guys to figure out if and how things should be tweaked. Let's start with layout and organization. How would you prefer the WAC boards be organized? See the poll.

RE: Forum Layout / Organization
I voted for the "leave as is option" which does mean the WAC board stays, as does the team sub boards, right? Not sure if by "one board for each team subforum" would mean the general WAC board would be taken away because that part I disagree with voraciously.

Basically, Im voting to keep it all the same as is

The general WAC board stays no matter what. And I pull rank and invoke executive privilege that all active team boards stay no matter what. We can move them around, but they're not getting deleted.

Ok, I understand. Then yes, I vote to keep everything as is. I enjoy this and like it more than the Scout board

RE: Forum Layout / Organization
I voted to leave it as is. My discontent has nothing to do with the board structure but more so the filtering of topics. I think the poster should have the latitude to decide if a subject is "WAC related" or not. And, depending on their directed audience, decide which board (main or school board) the topic would best incite conversation. If I don't think a certain Aggie topic would interest other WAC poster then I will post it on the NMSU board. However, if it is WAC related in general (i.e. Aggie recruiting), but I want the other WAC posters perspectives, I should be allowed to start a "new" thread on the main board without being scrutinized by those who might have a more rigid view on the board rules. There shouldn't be rules on topics; simply guidelines. Regulate conduct, not the filtering of subject matter.

We'll get to the other stuff. One topic at a time.
