Dear Judge Judy,

I am the lawyer representing the clients responsible for the alleged hostility and douchebaggery. What happened here was a failure to communicate.....and a former board mod that was interested in being a part of the fun and not the leader we expected....or quite frankly needed. You see judge.....he led by the poorest of examples....in fact, I'm surprised more people didn't get hurt during his tenure.....especially if you also consider his political party affiliation (he is one of those rolled up pants, skinny jeans wearing Instagammy guys on the far left....)

I ask that you consider all facts of the case in a fair and balanced Fox News manner....and that you consider the following sentence....

1) Ban LES for the period of one week for poor moderation that led to the situation we have before us today........

2) Probation period for 99Beers and Nugget's Ghost for a period of no less than 30 days....."if" they step out of line they are both banned for a 30 day period!

3) Ban Eaglebeaver for 3 months. His name might not have come up in the report LES filed but it should have.....every single post/response he adds to this forum makes everyone dumber....and we need to not be dumber.....he can have posting rights reinstated once Doc Sadler's basketball team plays Blue Mountain in November......

Thank you for hearing both sides of the alleged incident.....I rest my case.....best of luck with your Bonnie Tyler party this afternoon....

Man, I'm pretty sure everyone is mostly just joking around. The demographic here is a bit older than on most Internet forums, and I just don't think we take message boards as seriously as younger people. I sure don't. I've been roasted pretty good on here before, and I was able to laugh at it. I mean, there's a guy here who still complains about one specific comment I made in 2012, FFS. That has to be an elaborate work of performance art, right?

For those unfamiliar with Ga Tech Swagger. He is owner of the board and doesn't tolerate much BS. I'd caution provoking as you'll get the boot. Just ask some AAC fans. Several felt the wrath.
