Oh please not the light blue!

While many universities have multiple helmets, they usually have one that is their primary one, unless you're Oregon. We used to have a primary one but after last year I don't know which one it is anymore. I'm all for the blue helmet with either the state or the shield, as those have been my favorites over the years

Could just be helmet stuff. State logo on white perhaps?

I don't think they'd get too excited over combinations of uniforms they've already played in. I have a feeling that we may see a new helmet or possibly another uniform set. Maybe gray/silver pants? The Blue jersey/Silver pants combo was one of my favorites back when we had the nike unis

Would love to see Silver helmets and pants again. I still think of the Silver/Blue/Silver Union combo as the "traditional" ODU look.

I like the matte blue helmets

The Navy and White looks to me define ODU in FBS.

I personally cannot stand the silver / grey stuff for ODU. I think that the execution with the Nike catalog stuff in particular is poor and should be left to the FCS days of the program. I do understand that people are fond of the look though.

I agree with this statement. But I just liked the look of silver/gray pants and blue jerseys. The white pants that Nike gave us I did not like when paired with the blue tops, it looked so bland and boring.

We basically had bastardized versions of Miami's old uniforms, which I thought were fine with Miami. For us? I hated it. While it was the first uniform ODU football ever had, it just screamed small-time because we copied someone else's design instead of going with our own. However, after hearing how little Nike was giving us for our budget, I understand why this was.

I do like the UA uniforms they have given us, and while a little plain, they are also solid. The black unis they came out with last year were fantastic, and I would love to see what they can do with our other colors (light blue, silver/gray)

So, I guess the same logo and uniforms this year?
Did anyone ask about them during media day?
