Well we are down 1-0 though

Lost 0-1. Lone goal came on a PK

A disappointing game to say the least against a team we beat 4-0 last year.

All in all, not a bad first game. You go on the road against a Big Ten team and had to know they would be gunning for us after we pasted them at home last year. And Michigan completely reloaded their roster after limping through a terrible season. Tribe played tough throughout he match, especially in the second half, equaling shots on goal and corners. But it's difficult to commit 18 fouls in a match (they had 8) and expect to come out on top.
I look for Tribe bounce back from this one at home on Monday against NC State.

Our keeper must've had a heck of a game and a lot of support from the back line. If that's the case, we are in for a very good season because we have the wingers and 9/10 to score.

0-0 draw with Loyola (MD) tonight. No overtime due to "unplayable field conditions" which is a shame because it looks like we were a man up.

I'll attend the game at GW Tuesday night. It's been ages since I've seen our men's team so I'm pretty excited.
