I called yesterday twice and they answered right away.

So, after calling in your order do you then stop by the ticket office to pick them up? Are these for west side seats?

I was finally able to get a hold of them. Yes, tickets are for west side only unfortunately. They sent the tickets to my email as a pdf to print at home.

Called and ordered a few more today with the AA discount and they allowed me to go with the east as I have my season tickets there.

Nice, I called in and got three more since more people wanted to join and I was able to get them right next to the four seats I ordered earlier. Good for me, but maybe that means tickets aren't selling so well??

FYI the deal is still going on. So I called and they said they would e-mail the tickets to me, 2 hours later nothing. Called back and they told me to just pick them up at will call booth before the game. Anyone else done this before? I'm kind of nervous, I don't want to show up at game time having already paid for tickets and then they screw up and don't have them ready..
