Regardless of all the banter back and forth, basketball (college and pro) is my 2nd favorite sport. I am glad we added WSU to the conference. Y'all are a pow6rhouse bball program and increasing our strength in any sport is a plus

Pro basketball really sucks IMO. I'm bitter as a sonics fan.

Starters played the 1Q & 3Q and freshman + Mike played the 2Q & 4Q (and yes, they played quarters). And our "supposed star player's" stats were bad, really? I assume you're talking about Shake, who was the game's leading scorer (along with Jarrey Foster), had 17 points (4-of-10 FG & 8-of-9 FT) with 4 rebounds and 4 steals. That's not a great game but definitely not bad.

Secondly, it is still August. These games give as much insight into the regular season as the NFL Preseason games do. They are good practice against unfamiliar teams in the the middle of their regular season. Nothing more.
