I lived through my time in your state with a greater hatred for the SEC and a great love for Boone. I bet you hate the piggies more than ECU hate's their daddies in state. As far as Appalachian State University is concerned, we're just a baby FBS trying to make it. We're glad to get any P5 at home. I think we're going great.

I suppose they would be more excited to play App because playing ECU hasn't worked out well for them. This serves as an out...so long as they win.

Was thinking i'd go to Greenville (get discounted tickets) for the Virginia Tech game however I'm not feeling the Scottie project. Scottie doesn't know.

By all measures, Wake Forest is a P5 program, with P5 money. With a solid coach, Wake has no excuse not to improve year over year until they hit the 8 or 9 win mark.

Wake has an excuse as long as they maintain their academic stardards. They don't have those African study courses.
