We have a place 15 miles south west of the stadium in the village of Bridgewater. We have already secured some tickets in the Michigan season ticket area for the game. My 8 foot inflatable Bearcat will be standing proud in the yard.

You will never think parking is bad at UC again after attending a game at Michigan.

We stayed in a very nice three bedroom condo in Estes park CO using homeaway. Great view of the mountains and privacy. Full kitchen facilities. Everything was supplied. Way more space than a hotel room and less expensive.
But to each his own.

Ooooooooooohh. Something tells me doss has had that joke in his pocket for quite some time now and Mptnstr and myself fell hook line and sinker for that one.

But I agree, I've stayed in a few and they have all been awesome. The one in Santa Monica was my favorite so far, really felt like I was living in California for a week and it was cheaper, cleaner, more comfortable and closer to everything than a hotel. Actually I'll be in one in a few days on Lake Michigan. Hotels, even the nice ones, gross me the hell out, love the airbnb, homeaway apps.

doss, you could even bring along me as your maid so that you won't have to clean up after the messes i make. i don't mind flying first class

1st time in my life I will be in that stadium cheering for a different team. My options were wear neutral colors and sit on the 50 yard line with former Michigan players or sit on the 30 proudly wearing my Bearcat attire, easy choice.

The Alumni Association has a paid tailgate https://www.alumni.uc.edu/botrum on the golfcourse (hole #6) across the street for $35 from 9am-1130am that is more or less a donation to UCats . Kids are $20 because they don't have the drink tickets included...I heard they were thinking 200-250 people for that official tailgate.

I have a group of 12 people heading up to the game...not sure yet if I am doing the UC Alumni tailgate or hanging out with a mix of UC / UM people.

UC Alumni Association closed this tailgate because they were up to over 300 people

The Republic of Cincinnati, The Den, and a few of the other tailgates will be near the UCAA tailgate as well.
