Thankful Hop Is Honest
Hop pretty much tells it like it is. No coachspeak. No preaching like Freeze, not smug like Mullen, and not crazy like Miles. May not be as exciting as some would like, but he's steady.

I loved the way Monk was a no BS kind of guy. Some of the questions press would ask him and he'd look at them like they were total idiots.

One last year with mullens and he woulda quadrupled it. Just sayin.

Hes still the man though. He wanted back in the nfl moreso than the doubled salary. Oc is a hard position to turn down in his situation. Step away from nfl HC
