I hope you don't teach English. He was referring to the 2008 sale of a property to a Russian. 9 years is close enough to describe as a decade.

I hope that Mach comes back and views his entire catalog of posts regarding all this and realizes what a fool he's been. In the face of so much misinformation and flat out lies in which he's participated in disseminating, and after the conclusion reached by Mueller, surely he's seen the error of his ways and will be back soon to take responsibility and to apologize to all he has wrongly maligned and accused.

"I have seen a few rare cases where criminal charges were pursued, mostly in instances where the falsification was egregious and involved withholding information on serious criminal conduct. In all of these cases the individual was found guilty and convicted of a felony offense. For the rest of the cases, agencies would rather just deny or revoke the individual’s security clearance and terminate their relationship with the agency in order to move on to the next candidate. The caveat for that individual is that now they will have additional adverse information to disclose on any future security clearance application, which may impact them being offered employment."

As far as Russia is concerned, we need for them to liberalize. Russia needs to be brought into the formal West - they are the missing piece. It's not going to happen under Putin, however - and I don't think anything short of a civil war would get him out of office.

It's almost tragic that we are not the ones that can fix Russian relations.

once again, it's intentional.....

people are easily distracted.....once that occurs, real things can actually be accomplished w/o scrutiny....

he's still playing it perfectly.......P.T. Barnum at it's finest this is.....

...except that the entire legislative branch either hates him or is so self-serving that they'll be of no use to him.

He's either a genius or a spoiled fool that knew how to grow a business.

It appears as if people have something on him based on his panicked counterattacks. Do I think they'll actually bring him to justice? No. There is no such thing in US politics. Mueller is smarter than the other idiots, but I'm not convinced he'll pull this one off.

10/10 on the distraction (it's a fantastic one), but good luck getting any major agenda elements through at this point. He has too many enemies. I wouldn't be shocked if not that much happens at all going forward.

LOL, this one aged well too.

man oh man, some of you guys look like geniuses in hindsight while some on the other hand look like complete "baffoons". I wonder if they have to avoid making eye contact with themselves in the mirror now.

Don't worry, Mr. Know-it-all will come back and call us all uninformed idiots. The Mueller report won't slow him down. He lives in a delusional world of TDS. I eagerly await his return.

I don’t know. Post like this could go on for months. The criticism is withering and deserved at this point. If he comes back, guns blazing, then it is a sure sign of insanity.

What part of any of his posts on this topic spoke to an evidence of sanity on his part?
