I believe this was for his personal use. I've heard from those who have inside info that there could be more coming out about Hugh. Mainly that his indiscretions may have existed in Oxford as well.
Supposedly a husband in Oxford whose wife was banging Freeze has filed or is in the process of filing an alienation of affection lawsuit against Freeze. Mississippi is one of the few states where that is allowed. Evidently the preacher Freeze is going to make Jimmy Swaggert look like an amateur. Hate that this sleazeball, lying p.o.s. has a degree from USM.
More than one married woman and possibly some co-eds from what I've heard. Time will tell.
.
He don't exactly look like George Clooney, there must be some desperate women in the magnolia state. I might need to move south.

First time I've heard about "an alienation of affection lawsuit". I'm assuming it has to do with walled off to the south and illegal entry. Close?
If someone sleeps with your spouse you can sue them. I.E. this person ruined my marriage, not me.

I keep reading that it was a "1-minute phone call" that Hugh Freeze made to an escort service. In fact, early on I actually read that it was a 57-second phone call that he made.
Well, I gotta say guys, 57 seconds is far too short of a period of time to conduct any real business on the phone. And I certainly can't see that 57 seconds was long enough to order a hooker or an escort? That's insane. Have you ever tried to order chinese takeout food, or make an airplane reservation, or do something similar in 57 seconds? YOU CAN'T DO IT!! I'm guessing that an "escort service" can't even tell you their offerings and take down your credit card info in 57 seconds.
Honestly, this sounds more like a mis-dialed phone call than anything else. Maybe Freeze was set-up? I have no reason to take Freeze's side on this issue other than the fact that it simply sounds like a "set-up" to me. Somebody wanted him out, and they set him up.

If you order the same thing every time, 57 seconds is a lot of time. At least that is what happens when i order Chinese food

Freeze admitted to OM of his wrong doings. He realized he was busted. There was a history of indiscretions dating back a couple years from what I was told.

Evidence? Link please? I'm not saying you're wrong, I just haven't seen anything factual. All I've seen are "heresay" comments, and "that's what I was told".....comments about it. No actual facts. Looks contrived. Like a setup.

Freeze Admits
Athletic director of the university, Ross Bjork, said the call was "attributed to a misdial" but then later revealed that the coach confessed to the "conduct."
"Coach Freeze was very transparent, open, honest and admitted the conduct," Bjork said, without disclosing what the admissions were. "He admitted that conduct to us. None of us are perfect. Nobody in this room is perfect. I think we need to respect how he resigned and respect his privacy."

Ok, the one call was not what got Freeze gone. He made several calls to escort services. I'm surprised his wife didn't leave him yet, but maybe it's because she's trying to be a little nice and waiting for this to pass before she tells him she's leaving.

Freeze is probably such a closet perv that he blew his load 57 seconds in just anticipating the hot prostitute tail he was going to get.

RE: OT: Hugh Freeze resigns from Ole Miss
Complete speculation but considering it's a fact that 57 second MISS dial (not misdial) was deemed a pattern, maybe that 57 second call went something like this:
"hey, it's Hugh. I'll be at the hotel in 30 minutes. Have the girl meet me there. I'll be the one in the Ole Miss polo shirt. Thanks and talk to you again soon"

I haven't followed this thread, but has anyone ever speculated that perhaps Freeze said something like..."We will have a recruit at the _____Hotel, please arrange for an escort to meet him there." Maybe he wasn't trying to arrange his own escort...maybe it was an serious NCAA violation, etc.

57 seconds is plenty when I order Dominos online, one they already have on file what I order most times and all I have to do is hit "Repeat Order". Not hard to do at all. And I'm usually done in 15 seconds from putting my username and password in.

The general consensus I've heard is that it wasn't for recruits. Of course, Ole Miss could just be covering that up, but until proven otherwise I'm leaning towards personal.
