Great to see Talley head to a big time school. Some fans really took his talent for granted. Nice to see how classy he is talking about ODU. Wish him all the best.

It'll be interesting to see how he looks in an faster-paced system that seemingly fits him like a glove. Wish him good luck and congratulations on graduating.

Just read the Ames, Iowa newspaper story about it. I find it ironic that he had the discipline to take all those courses to graduate, but apparently lacked discipline to obey team rules. VP story mentions he took some classes online from ODU and a junior college. Just curious, were all those classes paid for by ODU scholarship or came out of pocket?

If he does well at ISU, what will people say about JJ's recruiting of him?

He got suspended 3 times in 3 years and gets to now play in the big 10 while our team is now not as good. He really learned his lesson.

Seriously I hope he succeeds but it sucks for us.

Im not sure what you said is mutually exclusive. Obviously it sucks for us, he is a very good player.

RE: Zoran Talley to Iowa St.
I'll never forgive Iowa State fans for cheating in the second Capital One Mascot Challenge that we were in, but that is just me

(Their cheatsy ways were uncovered and their win over us was vacated/reversed, but the students thought one loss was it and we never recovered. Don't even remember who won that year)

Well he was the CUSA 6th man of the year. I think he did just fine in the system on court. He just couldn't stay out of trouble unfortunately. Glad to see he's turning it around, and wish him the best of luck. And yeah Fk ISU but good on them for giving him a 2nd chance.
