4-0 in the preseason in unheard territory for the Browns. As a long suffering fan, I hope this "learning and grinding to win" translates to the regular season. I like what they're building through the draft and if Kizer can be "the guy" they have the following picks next year to not put toward a QB:

Rd 1
Rd 1 (HOU)
Rd 2
Rd 2 (HOU)
Rd 2 (PHI)
Rd 3
Rd 4
Rd 4 (CAR)
Rd 5
Rd 5 (KC)
Rd 6
Rd 6 (PIT)
Rd 7

NO WAY NO gets over ATL, CAR, OR TB for the #1 spot.

before I go any further on possible winners and wild cards I need to see a few games first...

Personally, I think the Panthers have the right stuff to get back to being a playoff team this year.

How is the battle for LA going ? I heard they are having trouble attracting bandwagon and getting good ratings.

If you don't win LA doesn't care. 2 teams moving there was nothing more than a media market driven move as well as a franchise value driven move--see LA Clippers sale.

And for that, two cities got damned. It is really unfortunate.

I'm happy to bash LA as much as anyone else, but you can't expect fans anywhere to pay NFL ticket prices for a team that wins 4 or 5 games a year.

For that matter, you can't expect 'em to stay home and watch bad teams on TV unless there's 2 feet of snow on the ground, which AFAIK has never happened in LA. 07-coffee3

PREACH.

If the Clippers never sold for a billion these moves would have never happened. There was a reason there hadn't been a team back in LA for 20+ years....

Someone forgot to tell the Chiefs, that said I hate it for the Pats next opponent.

Chiefs win puts a lot of pressure on the Raiders and Broncos. If either of them loses this weekend, they're not only a game behind the Chiefs, but they both still have to play the Patriots later in the season. It would be almost like being 2 games behind already.

Pats defense a huge concern. Counting the 4 preseason games, they've given up an average of 33.6 points per game in the 5 games this year. with 27 points given up in all 5 games.

And I know I was in Jacksonville when 1st game of preseason was on and even they had a really long TD pass on NE- just like last night.

thing I find so amazing is how often a QB with a free play completes these really tough passes. Just saw it with Denver. Makes you wonder if QB's in general are maybe a smidge bit too conservative.

True that. His passes looks a little high but Diggs and Thielen were snatching them out the air with ease and more importantly in stride. Cooks looked great as well in his debut.
