White bread. Blue Plate. A little kosher salt. A LOT of black pepper.

Beat that.

I basically make it like a Reuben but with a tomato instead of meat. Blue Plate is a great mayonnaise, though. That sounds really good. It's a Reilly Foods product, and those are generally very good.

And I have it with water and black coffee, or a light beer.

I had two this afternoon....

I always stop at the farmer's market on my side or the smith county lady at the old 11/24 intersection....

the only thing I add is bit of mustard for a little more zang.....

and always Bunny Plantation/Blue Plate....more bread, more 'maters...
