My thoughts

1) WKU. Until unseated
2) La Tech same as above
3) FAU. Fast lane
4) UTSA ready to rumble
5) MTSU. Coach and son shine
6) UAB. Quick start builds confidence
7) ODU. Could be better. East is a beast
8) UNT. Improving
9) Marshall. Seems out of place
10) USM. Under performs
11) Charlotte. Will they be favored over any East team?
12) Rice. Great School!
13) UTEP. Still reeling.
14) FIU. Not terrible. Capable of finishing higher.
Other than LaTech and WKU all the other teams could end up in top half or bottom half.
Schedule will be a big factor.

After reading about the Coaches Caravan stops, the defensive changes coming with Stewart, and the unexpected 3-star QB who had committed to Mississippi State, I have decided it is our lot in life to be tormented Rice fans. Bailiff and Stewart pull off six wins (@UTEP, @UAB, FIU, Army, Southern Miss and North Texas), go to the New Mexico Bowl, and we debate the contract extension.
