All sarcasm aside, I really would like to make it to our bowl game this year (yes, assuming we have one) and hope we get one of the Florida bowls. My car does go south.

I'm from the North (Minnesota) and would have no problems going to Detroit in December. Honestly it's Feb you really need to be worried about if you are afraid of the cold. The snow up there has been hit and miss in December for the last 2 decades.

Flights out to Detroit are pretty quick I think

the last flight to Norfolk from Detroit probably isn't late enough to make after bowl game (5:15 pm start)

Sports Illustrated has ODU playing ECU in the Boca Raton Bowl. I would make that trip in a heartbeat.

Apparently, the James Mason dukes are going to beat ECU in the home opener, and it will be all down hill from there for the Pirates!

Losing to JMU at home would be the bottom of the hill. How does losing to JMU in football even feel? It's hard to imagine. Better or worse than a loss to Louisiana Tech? Someone give me some context!

JMU beating ECU wouldn't even be an upset this season. They'll get the turkey leg at Thanksgiving ... even if while seated at the kids' table.

If ECU is a dog to JMU in a home game, they, in effect, have already lost a LOT. Mercy!

Can't take any of these predictions seriously. Even when we are about 1 week away from the end of the season, many if not most teams still have no idea where they will go for a bowl.

I wonder if we win the The Bad Boy Mowers Gasparilla Bowl if the players and coaches get lawn mowers!!!! I can see an influx of Craigslist ads in the lawn mower category!

chesapeake sheriff department has a kubota for their work release inmates now. They were cleaning out a drainage ditch near our farm so I went over to see what was up. As I am talking to the deputy one of the inmates hops in my tractor and started riding it. Turns out he thought it was the cities kubota, I was like yea thats how your butt ended up in jail.

Give me a bowl game against the Cincinnati Bearcats any day. I don't care if it is in the Roto Rooter Lysol Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Bowl.

I just want a Bowl game vs a P5 or AAC team.
