Why would he? You can't just jump on a plane and say I've from Sweden. If any of them are from one of those countries on the list it will have it on their passport. But before it got that far they would need a visa and you can bet your life that anyone from Sweden that's not born there and applies for a visa will get vetted

So we should just trust Sweden to get these people?
