Buffalo is building the exterior with brick, a lot more expensive than what Toledo did. BTW, not having an indoor facility sure didn't hurt Northern Illinois, one of the last MAC schools to get one (or Ohio). And the article is wrong about UB being the last MAC school without an indoor facility-Ball State doesn't have one. Kent's is so horrible I don't think it counts.
