I agree. No matter how much one learns in a tech school that will never take the place of the learning done in the real world. For instance, at an Air Force tech school you're taught the basics and the real learning comes from practice, practice, practice.

My neighbors son just graduated from college with a master's degree in English and still couldn't pass the teachers certification. I know many (in my family) who passed it with a Bachelors. Proof that some colleges don't prepare the student as well as they should.
