Army would be cool to get. I'd giggle for an all service academy OOC home sched with ND thrown in to fill a Wed game, though that'd be a lot of home games. BYU was a fun get. The others are pretty interchangeable, Of the not so pie in the sky municipals, I think I'd prefer Cinci, Louisville and those sort. Of the state flagship, I think I'd be wanting places that'd be fun and unique to visit for fans and players: Miami was a great get, others would be Tenn, Nebraska, Whisky, Texas, FL, USC...

Another methodology for scheduling away OOC: theme for those alumni association food fests (even though I can't afford to go).
BBQ: KC, Texas, Memphis, Carolina
Hot dogs: Univ of Chicago still have a team? Oh wait, Northwestern, Rutgers, The Browns,
Pig Roast: Hawaii, Arkansas....
...
scheduling is easy, let me have the reins. Themes are the way to go because, no one else does it!

Liberty is a private school who is apparently willing to shell out big $ for things like this. E.g. it has been reported that they are paying ODU $1.3M for the 2018 home opener. Yes, ODU.
Same amount they are paying WFU. Don't know about the others.

A point of information. Williams Stadium at present has 19,200 seating capacity. The current design included expansion in stages. Previous discussions, while still FCS, were to go to 25,000, or 35,000 and capacity even as high as 60,000 in the long term plan. Longtime followers of the FB program such as myself believe the stadium will expand to the 35,000 seating capacity. A brief mention of expansion is in an article in the June 14, 2017 "News & Advance" at http://www.newsadvance.com/sports/libert...5101.html.
With a new AD, there is talk of a reconfiguration of the original intended design. LU keeps this info close to the vest with the intent to make a splash with the announcement. I'm as anti Trump as one can be, and a LU fan, and that was quite a coup getting the Prez to announce the LU FBS schedule.
