I have no hope my state will ever join in, but perhaps a few more states can join this new agreement. The right always preach state governments should be able to make their own policies so I'm sure no conservatives will find fault with these three states going past Trump and taking matters into their own hands.

We're intellectually consistent most of the time so no, no I don't fault them for this. I believe, to keep it above board, they can't write a cooperative agreement across the states. But they can certainly talk it over and pass them as individual mandates within each state.
