This guy was highly touted coming out of high school. With all of the transfers and the starters returning for next year, I wonder how much he will see the field? There is so much competition for playing time on defense this year. I wonder if teams will score outside of mop up time.

Competition and quality depth are wonderful things indeed. Plus, for a guy like Daka, he can be a demon on special teams - an area where the Dukes were sensational last year. Hopefully, the guys on the kickoff coverage team are winded by halftime. :>)

I remember MM talking about the amount of time he likes to give a multitude of defensive linemen always trying to keep those guys fresh. With the depth, I believe if you are anything special, you'll get plenty of minutes.

I'll be interested to see what he weighs in at this year. 210 pounds at DE will only get you so far.

Yes. I am wondering if he has bulked up as well. I like his frame if he can build on it.
