Athlon put about that much effort into the G5 teams, you can read oodles of info from them on P5 so them having us at 130 doesn't surprise me, we're not a zit on a fleas butt to them. I don't think we'll end up there & we'll surprise a few of the "pundits" by years end

That's okay. I kinda expected that, given what an unknown we are. I'll be surprised as hell if we stay there, though.

Those rags put almost zero effort into G5 programs. I don't give them my money anymore as a result.

Here is a spoiler alert. We will be picked last in all the rankings and our players will get little no no preseason notoriety.

As a team we are an unknown commodity to the Blazer family as well as the sport world. After the first football week if we win, we will be one of 65 teams undefeated. After our first game, the Blazer family will know more about this team.
We all know that the Head coach is a winner and will put a great product on the field. So I expect a really good season, and will be surprised if we dont have a winning season, and some Conference USA first team candidates...I believe we will be Bowl eligible and I am ready to go.

It is also said that a team improves the most between its first and its second game. Our second game is on the road at Muncie, IN with a Ball State team that had a respectable listing for its 2017 recruiting class. We will have a great opportunity to get national attention in our early games.
