sorry guys, we arent in a position of even hoping for some seriously good **** to happen to USM very often. So as long as there is a chance we can win this tournament, im gonna take some interest in these other games.
hell, making it out of the losers bracket (having to win 5 in a row in a tournament setting), is prob more impressive than winning the 4 in a row from the start. just pointing out that its nothing to sneeze at, with the committee.
forgot lsu already won a game in the tourney so cant be 2 and out. nevertheless, their rpi is a couple spots worse than kentucky's. so not sure who to pull for there.

Louisville is a national seed lock. Wake will still be a host.
McNeese and SELA both done in the Southland. Assuming those 2 get in, that'll be a stolen bid. Big East, Big 10, CUSA, MVC, and AAC all could steal a bid.

Youd think Louisville were a lock national seed. But if they lose last 5/6...and usm wins tourney....maybe not. Depends on how a lot of things play out still. If Florida state wins acc tourney, maybe they get national seed. Their rpi is 11 at the moment.
Lot of baseball to be played.

UL is 47-10 and is #5 in the RPI. They're fine.
FSU is just trying to host. No shot at a national seed. They went 14-14 in ACC play. No team that has ever hosted with a .500 or worse record in conference play (might sound like a broken record based on how many times I've said this).
