Actually, just got to busy at work today so I forgot all about the "Gut Prediction", but tonight at least, it's got a warm fuzzy that I don't think was from the green tea I just drank either!

Just got back from celebrating a Coogs win after the game!

Was that an awesome game or what?!?! Latham was unreal!!

I'm glad I don't have to rely on my gut for a while 'cuz I just celebrated by stuffing it at Boudreaux's with some pretty spice cajun food!! In fact, I might have to keep the windows open tonight! :laugh:

No, seriously. Here's a sequence of today's events.

Rice baseball goes down 2-0 to Central Missouri State.
Lauramac slides into bed for a nap.
Lauramac briefly surfaces; hears that the (baseball) game is all tied up 2-2 in the 4th.
Lauramac wakes up from nap in time for the 9th; Rice wins.
Lauramac rejoices upon finding out that while she was sleeping, the Coogs smacked Memphis all around in men's basketball.
Awake, Lauramac watches the ECHL Gwinnett Gladiators lose their hockey game in a shootout.
From there, she proceeds to a sports bar to see the Owls lose to UTEP by 2 in mens' basketball.

I think the secret is, I need to sleep through more games. This could pose a problem for games that happen while I'm at work... but if it comes right down to it, I *WILL* make it happen. :D
