The American after Kansas State, Iowa State, and Baylor gut it to rebuild the Big 12:

West - Navy/Wichita State, North Texas, Rice, Tulsa, Tulane
East - Liberty, UMass, East Carolina, FAU, FIU

Your new Big 12 would be as follows:

West - BYU, SMU, Baylor, Houston, Kansas State, Iowa State
East - Cincinnati, Memphis, UConn, Temple, USF, UCF

Since C-USA winds up at 10 members they make no further moves:

West - UTEP, UTSA, Louisiana Tech, Southern Miss, UAB
East - Charlotte, Marshall, ODU, WKU, MTSU

Eventually C-USA West and the American reorganize, and Liberty moves to C-USA.
