He's apparently been told that he and a number of other candidates in the "opposition party" may have been surveilled and unmasked by intel agencies in the past year or so.

If so, that would make the Watergate fiasco look like the two-bit, botched bugging attempt that it was.

He's asked both the Senate and House intel committees to tell him if this is the case. He also claims at least one other Senator has told him that this Senator has confirmed he was being surveilled during this period of time. He didn't name names.
