Supposedly a large percentage of all hacks worldwide come out of either Russia or China. Whether or not its entirely state sponsored is another question. I put nothing past Putin though.

A Republican from the 3rd Congressional District of Alabama helped France fend off a Russisn cyber attack to get Macron elected. Doesn't really help that whole Republican Trump Russia collusion narrative.

"We had become aware of Russian activity. We had talked to our French counterparts and gave them a heads-ups — 'Look, we're watching the Russians. We're seeing them penetrate some of your infrastructure. Here's what we've seen. What can we do to try to assist?'" Adm. Mike Rogers told the Senate Armed Services Committee."

Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III helps get rid of Comey.

Looks like we need more Alabama Republicans. Lol

RE: US warned France of election hack.
Could anyone answer this for me....

if we aren't looking "in" France's infrastructure, how do we know someone else is?

It's hard for me to believe we are smart enough track someone's internet and they were smart enough to hack us but we weren't smart enough to stop them in the first place. Looks to me those Russians are smarter...

so now they are not smart enough to cover their tracks or avoid US detection.

Wonder how many systems America is in around the world?. If so no one can make me believe we are not helping the party that we want to win by feeding them info. If the US is in those systems it's not just to look around
