1) If it is marked classified...you can't screw up and email it to people even if it was classified 'in error'. It's still classified info.

2) If it is not marked classified...but is actually classified information...you can't screw up and email it to people. It's still classified info.

You can take a selfie in a submarine and accidentally include a sensitive area that is not specifically marked...and go to jail for it. If you are a normal person and not an aristocrat or their servant.
