The seeding for the tournament has almost shaken out.

4th through 6th seeds will be something to watch.

That DH sweep to previously winless App is really gonna cost UTA. Georgia State looks on pace to sweep Georgia Southern, the only team UTA did not have in a tiebreaker with, Georgia Southern, is on the verge of being swept by Georgia State. If the current Texas State score holds up (Mavs trail 3-0 B7), UTA needs a Troy sweep of USA to get to four.

Well, UTA scores three in the seventh and then gets a run in the tenth to win the game and series against the Bobcats.

Georgia State sweeps Georgia Southern, locking up the third seed for the Panthers.

USA needs a sweep of Troy for the fourth seed. UTA gets it if the Jaguars split.

ULM will claim the sixth seed with a win over first place Cajuns. If not Georgia Southern will claim that seed.

Coastal earned the 8th seed with a sweep of App.

Troy finishes ninth in the conference regardless of this weekend.

Louisiana takes the DH today, but ULM gave a good 2nd game. LA going for the sweep tomorrow.

And, that means Troy is hosting the tournament that they aren't playing in.

And, it's graduation weekend as well.

Man.....

Regardless, I'm a big Troy fan today. One win gives us a bye and the fourth seed, plus another half point in the Bubas Cup.

Jags beat the Trojans 2-0 in game 1 and lead 5-0 in the bottom of the 5th.

Troy rallies in the bottom of the 7th to make it interesting game late, but USA takes the second game against Troy as well, 6-4.
