Said going into the these two home series that App had to win 4 of 6. 3-1 so far.

And we passed our win total from last year with a worse team. One more win and we pass the win total from 2015.

And we continue to have major starting pitching issues. You just can't win games consistently with 3 starters with 6 plus ERA's. It's frustrating because with our offense and bullpen, we shouldn't be losing this series, but the starters just give us no chance.

To be fair, the runner on first base was on the bag as if he was going to tag. There still was a breakdown by the hitter. But Noah wasn't the only one at fault.

Thanks for the explanation. I saw it on Twitter and wondered how this happens... was it close to not being a home run, as to why the first base runner didn't move? If so, then I think it still goes back to Noah to make sure he doesn't advance past the runner in front of him?

App had a clearance sale this morning with football, basketball, baseball game-worn stuff. Basically, tons of Nike stuff on sale. Over 200 people were there. Football jerseys were too tight, so I went baseball and got these.

Yeah, it was close. Noah was watching the ball and Rohrbaugh was on first. It was close, but usually you see the runner halfway between the bags.

You have to play Coastal until the last out. We had 3 great games.

Game 1: Coastal won on a solo homer in the 10th.

Game 2: Coastal scored 8 of their 11 runs in the last 4 innings; USA lost 11-9

Game 3: In a reversal, USA trailed most of the game, scored 3 in the 8th to tie the game 3-3 then won in the bottom of the 9th.

I don't know the exacts, but they played a great series with Louisiana Lafayette as well, with similar type close games and late inning wins. Coastal definitely plays hard until the last out and will not concede anything -- which is what you admire in a club.

Little Rock shout out by Georgia Southern, who scores five in the win.

TxSt outhit us 11-5, but commits 4 errors. Jags win 7-5. I didn't get to watch the game, but it sounds like a gift.

Saw a guy on the ESPN3 with a black number 30 App jersey on. Just wondering if that was you?
