Should we be trying to schedule a h-h with Army football?

Navy

Agree Navy would be ideal, but their card is full for years and years to come. Of course I think we should still get on their wait list, but I wonder if Army isn't doable much sooner.

I would welcome a series with Army, Navy, or Air Force. That option offense would eat us alive though

I seen no reason to play a triple-option team once a season. If we had one in-conference, then it would make sense to add another OOC so that the prep time is justified.

We would certainly have a stadium full of pro Navy people cheering hard against Army. Probably would be a little different for the other game.

I can see where you're coming from, unfortunately a lot of the teams I personally want ODU to play run it (Georgia Tech, Georgia Southern, Navy).

Id love to have a series with Army in football. There was rumor they wanted back in CUSA at one time. I guess nothing came of it.

Eh, I wouldn't make the trip to west point and I'm not sure many would. Wouldn't mind if they replaced Buffalo or UMass as the G5 OOC opponent. But in my perfect world, we would do a mix of our 2018 schedule every year. VT, UVA, ECU and Virginia FCS program (VMI, JMU, W&M, NSU, etc)
