The big question is how much green stuff, pun intended, EMU needs to raise to make the renovation happen?

I'm sure Bunsis is out there working hard to attract academic donations, similar to the work happening within the athletic department.

Yeah, teachers should also be fundraisers. Just like Dan McLean is also coaching linebackers, pole vaulters, and bars.
