He's been there only 5 years total. Even this year they were only 8-10 in conference play.

The question is, is KSU content with having the NCAA tourney bubble as its ceiling? If not, then don't give Weber the extension until the new AD has a chance to evaluate everything.

It had to play eight games against KU, Baylor, W Virginia, and Iowa St.

You can't expect to go 8-0 in those games. Nor can you expect to go 10-0 in the other games, against some other historically good programs.
