OT: Don't Mess With Luke "The Mat Warrior" Fickell
Wow. Coach was a beast on the mat back in the day. He still looks like he could inflict some damage. He's leading our young men to battle on the field and he knows first hand what that's like. This is his third Division II State Championship from 1992 (Senior Year):

I wrestled all the way through high school. First, winning three state titles is an incredible feat. Out of hundreds of athletes in the state over the past 70 years, only sixty people have done it.

Second, the guy Fickell was wrestling is no slouch. It is one thing to pin a bad wrestler with a half nelson, but to put a guy at that level on his back and pin him with that move requires unbelievable strength and leverage.

I wrestled for a few years prior to high school. To go undefeated for three straight years (106-0) is just unreal and unbelievably difficult. To your point Clifton, Fick handled this guy with technique and strength despite being about 40 pounds lighter. The Heavyweight class only has a minimum weight. If I tried to wrestle a dude 40 pounds heavier than me it would most likely be over pretty damn quick.

He didn't wrestle once he left high school, so no.
