Presumably, Watkins meant that Waters was fighting for divestment from the apartheid regime, not against it.

Do you notice that the people with Representative in front of their name in government aren't really that smart? Our Beto O'Roark is a good example of that too. I guess it's easier to become a Representative than a Senator solely because there's more of them in office. Look at Pelosi, Waters, that guy that was afraid Guam would tip over, etc.
