You knew a USM program was going to beat a solid opponent without fearing the TTT. Doesn't matter the sport. It hasn't happened to me often in Football but I knew we would beat undefeated TCU in 2003 (even when we started to give the game away). I knew we would beat Houston in the CUSA championship in 2011(did not expect to be that much of a beating). I knew the mens basketball team would finally beat Memphis in 2012. Have not had that feeling about a USM program for a long time. Baseball started to punk me a little this season but losing to OM on Tuesday was a dose of reality. When is the last time you had that feeling like TTT would not come into play?

I felt like we would beat TCU and Houston those games too. Mostly bc i felt they were over rated and we were solid. Also knew was matter of time before we beat menphis during that period.

You sound like a detached from reality snowflake. Melting down over a midweek baseball game. Get a FREAKING grip . We've won around 10 of the last 14 from The Black Bears .

The 2015 and 2016 LaTech games. Just knew we'd probably win. But they're a CUSA team, so not sure they qualify as "solid".

Had a good feeling about Houston the night before. But like you, didn't expect a 21 point thrashing.

Definitely didn't feel good about the Memphis basketball game in 2012. Can't believe we finally got that done.

Mine would be the same three.

I actually felt like most of 2016 was pretty easy to predict, as far as USM football goes. The election surprised me. Did not see that coming LOL.
