Tubby' s contract executed yet?
Has Tubby signed his contract? Any wiggle room for UofM to alter terms of contract? Last I heard Tubby was working under a "memorandum of understanding" vs an actual contract executed with both parties' signatures? As of today, this marriage is going downhill quickly. Don't want to see UofM left holding the bag. If the contract still hasn't been executed then the UofM should protect itself. Business is business.
