As I said before....
If Russia or China can do it. The USA can do it better.
Common sense tells us that this is the new nuke...hacking the others teams software and satellites. You knock out the connections that direct the bombs and you are in control. I might be totally mistaken but I do believe the rockets and smart bombs gets their directions from the satellites in space.
So just like when America put the best and brightest (even if we had to get some from other countries) on the atomic bomb. You can bet the farm they are doing the same with hacking. But so are other countries and at a cost a lot less than it take to get a nuke in the air.
This is the new war front...
