Hilarious. You dismissed the amount of pitching that Wallner, Sandlin and Powers had vs. South Alabama and pronounced them ready to go last night vs. UNO. I believe you called it "ticky-tack".
I cited Powers being up and down a half dozen times over 8 hours of baseball Friday while only "officially" pitching 2/3rds of an inning as an example that just judging by innings pitched doesn't tell the whole story. You dismissed that with something about how pitchers warm up. I asked if you were at the game Friday to see how Powers warmed up, which was contrary to your description and you failed to answer that at all. Obviously you weren't at the game.
Then you start pulling the "you're a troll" card when you can't answer intelligently when questioned about whether you actually saw what you were trying to dismiss? Give me a break.
BTW, those pitchers you pronounced ready to go because they had, in your opinion, barely broken a sweat vs South AL? None of them pitched vs. UNO. Powers had pitched in four games since last Friday and warmed up multiple times besides that. Sandlin had pitched 6-plus innings since last Friday.
So I guess Scott Berry thought the work they'd put in in the last few days wasn't "ticky-tack".
Don't confuse getting trolled with getting roasted.
...only in your mind....you and others have trolled me right out the gate on this board...
I fully explained my position how pitchers warm up.....you chose to ignore that....but what do I know....I only pitched, caught, and played the field since I was 5 through HS....
friday to wednesday for a reliever is a millennium...
none of the big 3 were needed in the UNO game.....don't kid yourself son, he would've used one, two, or all three if situational necessity was required....pay attention to what was discussed in the UNO thread...then get back to me in that thread....
relief pitching is a different animal relative to pitch count....that's why having many in the stable allows back-to-back appearances...the majority of us thought the UNO game would require a hodgepodge group effort and would only require any of the 3 if necessary....and our bats in the late innings allowed Berry to not have to push that envelope...
#comprehension
we don't have to agree in concept....however, your trolling me is beginning to get annoying
I would suggest using the ignore feature at this point since I never ignore 'supposed pundits'...
