Fitting conclusion to the 27th Amendment story
You may be award of the nearly 200-year old proposed amendment to the Constitution (proposed by James Madison) that was finally pursued in the 80s and 90s and ratified. Well, there's yet another footnote to the story that's very cool (IMO).

The beginning does recount the whole story of the amendment, and why the man started writing state legislatures to get it passed. Read it until the very end to see how it really concludes.
