I know I just said this the other day, but why in the hell do top coaching prospects (football and basketball) keep going to Texas. It seems like a complete **** show, and everyone seems miserable once they get there. The culture seems to be so bad that it is impossible to win there.

Darius Thompson is also transferring from UVA...

Reuter never played. Thompson graduated so is free to choose where he wants to go. These guys were likely playing behind Hall, Jerome, and Guy next year so playing time was probably the concern.

So, with that said, I could see Fields and/or Mauras transfer, but I don't think our team is irreparably harmed in either case.

Fields and Haynes are both leaving. I'd still bet on Mauras leaving, too.

I said all year that they are a carbon copy of us or we are a carbon copy of them. Both play elite level defense and if you are shooting the ball well - very tough to beat especially when you have a lead. But, if not shooting well combined with low number of possessions = trouble. It's not a fun style of basketball to watch - or play probably. Now when you are winning - everything is great. But when you shoot 29% like UVA did in it's last game - you lose. They had some bad games this season - just like we did and at times they looked unbeatable. It's the style of play.

No, its not. And Shaka does not have a buyout.

We are a watered down uva with an even less exciting offense/coach.

Something strange is going on at uva this is not normal at all.
