This seasons record...overall stats.
11-5 at home this season. Wow! 5 losses at home in one season. Is that a record? 4-8 on the road plus 2-3 on neutral court which adds up to 6-11 away from home. Four Seniors, three of which, played a lot of minutes, all producing 7 or fewer points per game. That, itself, contributed to this years team not being able to score more than 71.8 points per game. Stats don't lie. We will get a lot more points out of our Seniors next season, than this year, that's for sure. Next years inncomers are scorers, big time. Good combination. I am looking forward to next year and hopefully, 80 or more points per game scored, average, instead of 71.8. This years team defense allowed opposing teams to average scoring 70.2 points per game. It felt worse than that. Back to the original question. Has UAB ever lost five home games in one season?

At the risk of hijacking your thread, your talking about scoring reminded me of the UT-Arlington and BYU game last night. Granted, I'm sure the offensive production last night was an anomaly, but wow, I was impressed by Arlington's style and pace of play. I didn't get to see the second half, but both teams at halftime were averaging less than 15 seconds per possession. It was exciting to watch.

I'd love it if we could pick up the pace and run.

Id do a version of the fastest 40. That style is easier to recruit to and it is exciting for potential recruits and fans.

UT Arlington averages 78.1 points per game this season. Yup! They are a runnin' and gunnin' type of team and scored 105 points yesterday.
