why don't you and other left wingers on here take your politics over to the Daily Kos website. this is a sports forum. it is far left people like that are driving people away from ESPN and sports in general b/c we don't want to listen to you soapbox. you have to politicize everything.

i'm not it sure it is even true these first round games are in Greenville b/c of the HB2 law. if my memory serves, tournament games have been played in Greenville before.

it is for far left Democrats like you. you guys always up on the soapbox about HB2 but then you whine if somebody challenges you on that. the reason is you can't win a debate on that issue.

i note again that you are the 2nd person who complained about my post without complaining about the person who introduced HB2 on this thread which obviously isn't about HB2. my 'partisan rant' is partly about encouraging to stop posting your HB2 propaganda on sports topics.

There is a place in the lounge for the discussion. The first person had one sentence but you went on and one. Yours was the definition of a rant.

i've noticed that you haven't talked about the topic at all. why don't you stay off this topic. you are only here to attack me b/c you are leftwing.

the other person introduced politics into the topic. don't get mad if you introduce politics if somebody else discusses your assertions. asserting that I should thank HB2 because there are games in Greenville is a leftwing political rant and has nothing to do with the sport of basketball.

you guys need to start a HB2 thread. you seem more interested in males being in female bathrooms than sports.

I'm in favor of people not posting on this topic not posting on here and liberals who want to talk about HB2 not posting on here.

these are the people complaining about it.

I know this is hard for you guys, but try to talk about sports, or don't post.

Nobody is forcing you to click on the topic. the bad thing about moderated websites is it allows adult babies and control freaks like you guys to take over the forum. non-stop whining about everything.

Yes, I have a valid gripe about the irrational mobs that take over threads on here.

that's not the same as trying to get a thread moved or locked that nobody is forcing you to look at or post on, or the leftwing guys who are always forcing their politics on the forum complaining about me responding to some of their assertions.

Thanks, GOP, for giving us HB2!

Here was the political, way off topic post that I responded to. it literally had no connection to anything I posted. Moreever, HB2 didn't force the NCAA to move their tournament games to Greenville. The ultra-liberal NCAA made that decision. And ironically, Greenville probably has a higher percentage of people against men being allowed in female bathrooms than NC. There will be a lot of people at the games in Greenville who have no problem with HB2. lol

He has not been criticized by anybody. so when a conservative responds to a political comment by a liberal, all of a sudden the liberals on here have a problem with political commentary. they must believe freedom of speech is only for them.

It actually does connect. You said that they gave USC a home court by placing them in Greenville.

If HB2 didn't exist, the Gamecocks would be playing in Greensboro.

Pretty simple to see the connection here.

um, they could have placed in Gamecocks in other regions not playing in Greenville. I can't even believe that I have to point this out. You don't realize that there are tournament games outside of Greenville? lol

and again, HB2 is legislation. It had nothing to do with the decision to relocate the tournament. Your liberal leaders at the NCAA are to blame for that. You guys make it seem like the HB2 bill mandated the tournament leave NC. it had nothing to do with sports.

Some Republicans in NC are looking at removing the NCAA's tax exempt status because they are operating as an arm of the Democrat party. what does bathroom policy in NC to include at private businesses have to do with college sports. HB2 overruled an illegal Charlotte ordinance that forced private businesses to allow men who think they are women to use female restrooms. It had no bearing on college athletes.

Imagine if the NCAA was dominated by pro-life Republicans and they started boycotting states that opposed various pro-life laws. you guys would be up in arms over that.

Please point out where I have discussed HB2 on this thread. I have now read through every post on this thread twice. You are the only person on here who is discussing it. You took an opportunity to express, with great hostility, views that have no place here. There is a forum on this site specifically for that purpose.

I have no intention of discussing politics or anything else with you or anyone else who has shown he can't have a civil discussion. I am a guest on this forum, and I believe I owe it to my host to behave in a civil manner, just as I would if I were a guest at a party in someone's home. Frankly, I just haven't seen civility from you on this thread or any other. If you think that is because of your political views, you are painfully self-unaware.

you are a hack. I did not bring up HB2 on here. Hall did. I responded to his assertion.

Ou and other liberals on here did not attack him.

I think you have very poor people skills as do many on this forum. You attack anybody who disagrees with you.

You haven't post one time on the tournament on this topic. you are only here to attack me. For you to act like you are civil is incredible.

show me where I have been talkina bout HB2 in other threads. That is what you guys have been doing. I didn't introduce HB2 as a topic, and you haven't attacked that person. If I have been ranting in favor of HB2, you would have no issue with that.

i note you haven' t talked about the tournament on this thread. you are stalking me again. what is funny is you guys act like I'm harrassing you when you are the ones following me around on here, and nobody is forcing you to look at this topic.

It doesn't matter who said what about HB2.

ACCteams doing well in the tourney does, however, matter. We one a fb NC (congrats again, Clemson), lets get a sweet by winning a basketball NC!

it does matter in the sense that they are trying to say that i brought it up. I don't like liars. they not really mad that I did a rant about it, they mad that I destroyed their position using a horse analogy. lol

i wouldn't say ACC doing well in tournament matters. It is great if that happens but sports doesn't matter. it is just entertainment, recreation. even if ACC doesn't do that great, it was still the best conference this year.

i just want to see a lot of close games.

CLemson may get a chance in 2nd round of NIT to beat Alabama in a sport for 3rd time this year. beat them in bball at Alabama earlier this year. that will be fun. Alabama fans on SEC Rant are so mad about losing to Clemson in football. lol if CLemson had 4 recent titles, i wouldn't even care about losing in another title game.
