Counterpoint: Murry Bartow was an excellent tournament coach.
Murry was a good x and o coach, just wasn't good at recruiting and then maintaining good relationships with his players. When one player quits on you and becomes a cancer, its on the player. When lots of players (or assistant coaches for that matter) quit on you and become a cancer, then its on you.
Davis was a good X and O coach, but had maturity issues and did some real slimy stuff while he was here.
Gene was an amazing coach, Anderson was a very good one.

Haase was a decent coach but good recruiter.
Had a little success & parlayed it into more money at another job.
