EagleTough,

Two questions:

1) Is Kilby practicing?

2) It looks like our roster could actually field a spring game with two teams playing each other. Do you know if an amazing intrasquad game is the plan?

Nope

I doubt it. Spring games becoming more and more limited, with coaches doing everything they can to avoid injuries (especially to starters)

2 years ago we were destroyed by injuries, especially on defense. This past year we were very fortunate (with the exception of Vann). Hopefully this year is similar to last year.

Sexton is good to go. Both Vann and Brown still rehabbing apparently.

If he was ready by the summer, I think that would be a major accomplishment. Hope so, he was just starting to find his rhythm.

Dawson & Granger both in their final year..........should be highly motivated! Get those 2 big boys in the proper shape, and they should anchor a really good MAC DLine.

Yeah, listed 330+. Would be nice around 310?

Should make another nice improvement this year with returning players, and another year in Neathery's system.

Vann up to 220, not sure if that's good or bad? Donnellon at 293 looks like great progress.

I like it. Even if it slows him down a little bit, which I don't anticipate, it should help him take the punishment. I don't know what Eriksen's weight was last year, but I hope he can get to 220 as well. We will have a very formidable trio with Vann/Turner/Eriksen, if all of them can stay healthy.

I'm hoping this involves more intermediate passing. Roback was very efficient when he wasn't chucking the ball deep every other play. Guys like Antoine Porter and Isaac Holder run pretty solid routes out of the slot. I hope they are used more to set up big plays downfield for Bailey and Aristilde.

No idea until we actually see it, but I'm thinking we'll be pleasantly surprised. The staff is well aware that we were spoiled by last year's unusually good pass protection, and probably shouldn't expect the same this year.

To counter that you run more RPO's, which Roback is very good at. Likely see more screens and draws, which were very limited as the season went on.

Excited to see some different looks. Should also keep our opponents a little off balance, after they'd accumulated 2 years of film on the DeBoer offense.

From the looks of it, O'Connor, Gardner, and Pace participated in our Pro Day.

Wylie just had a Darius Jackson type Pro Day effort!!!!!!

Overall numbers were apparently the best yet recorded for an Olineman:

Going to start getting serious NFL scout attention now.
