Aggies played uninspired and Utah Valley was shooting like they did vs. BYU. Could not miss. Aggies went 12-28 from the free throw line. That was huge.

I wasn't watching, but saw something online that made it sound like UVU kept it close & used a run late in the game to put it away. Any Aggie fans have thoughts on why they seem susceptible to those scoring droughts? Just cumulative effect of a long, grind it out season?

I keep hearing that excuse from coach Weir about the long grind it out season but EVERYONE plays a long grind it out season. I'm not buying it. We played so uninspired it was pathetic. Everything was pathetic. The crowd was pathetic, the student section was empty and pathetic, the players played like they have given up already, coach Weir looks baffled and lost. Players are playing hero ball (Taylor especially), Wilkens is a 6'11 man that can't grab a rebound or get into position ever, and Jones looks like he's lost his mojo. Super down, super annoyed with this team, and "Loss" Cruces right now. Let's see what happens vs. Seattle.

Tough to know which SU road defense shows up: The one that held GCU to 61, or the one that gave up 100+ to UMKC? They played us & Bake within 3 before picking up the W at UTRGV tonight.
The character of the Aggie team might be revealed in how they respond to the adversity of this stretch. My guess is Weir rights the ship and rolls into Vegas on a 2 game win streak.

Its anyone guess who shows up. Almost all of Dollar's teams every year can be summed up as "inconsistent"
