 Deliverance Week, Part I -- Marshall at ODU, 2/23/17, @ 8:00 p.m.
With apologies to Coach's incomparable 3,2,1 write ups, the only real question for this week's home stand: Are we Burt Reynolds or are we Ned Beatty?
Our first set of hill-dwelling visitors (Marshall) can shoot lights out. And when you defend them on the perimeter, they have a bad habit of driving to the basket and being rewarded with a friendly call from the refs.
On the plus side, their defense is a bit of an afterthought.
NOTE: the game starts at 8:00, not 7:00. Classes should be well over by then, so let's expect a strong (and loud) student turn out.
