This is a good thing for both schools, IMO. Both stadiums should be full for these games. I hope State will get in on the action and help set up a rotation where App gets to play one or the other every year and UNC and State play either App or ECU every year.

Wake fans - wouldn't you like to have App as a more or less permanent in state rival? The proximity makes that a natural, IMO, and would guarantee both schools a sellout every year.

Wake currently has a home and home scheduled with App. St., and no it is not a series this Wake fan wants to see repeated. Wake already tried the more or less permanent rival thing with them. It did not go well, and they were Division I-AA at the time.

A few of my older friends have great stories from going to the games down at Wake. I'm very excited to get things going again and hope that we can extend it beyond the home and home that we already have.
